Most farmers can say that they have a favourite view of their farm. It might be a place best lit at sunrise, when the dairy cows make their way back to the pastures and are silhouetted against the morning sun, or the hill that looks over your crops and farm. It might be alongside the river where you and your family have gathered for slow Sunday picnics for as long as you can remember. A great old oak tree that has stood the test of time or a dusty two-track road that leads up to the family farm house. It might simply be the everyday scene; the landscape that you will look at and remember the simplest detail of what it is to farm.
